Sometimes, the hardest thing to in a relationship is to give up and let go. Hence, many people who just did not know how to win an ex back have fallen into depression while they spend their time moping and crying after a breakup.

In addition, when you go out for lunch or a movie, keep it casual but be attentive as well. Men, when she talks, take the time to listen to her and hear what she has to say. Wait patiently until she is done and let her express herself instead of cutting her off. 

Also, be more understanding and attentive to her and show her that you are not made up of an ego and there is more to you than that. 

As for the women out there, men generally like their space and personal time with their boys,  So, do not get too clingy and depend on them. Instead, let them go out once in a while without demanding them to be back before the clock strikes 12!
