Break
Up Advice
Ending a relationship can be overwhelming for both people in a relationship despite being the dumper or the one to be dumped. At times, it can be so hurtful that you find yourself down in the dumps looking for something to cheer you up to no avail simply because it’s in your mind that the only one who can slap a grin on that face would be the one who’s walked away. Well, breakups happen all the time and it’s about time to take some good break up advice and learn to get over a broken heart and accept the end of a relationship as a part of life. No matter what the reason was and despite all that has been done and said, you should know that it takes two for a relationship to work and there is not saying who is to be blamed. So, the last thing you should do is to blame yourself and bring yourself down. Sometimes things just happen for a reason and it may not due to your fault. Maybe, the two of you weren’t meant to be together. Furthermore, there are plenty of fishes in the sea. Also, don’t blame your partner and start hating them as it wasn’t their fault either. At this point of time, you should keep in mind that there is no one that should be blamed or to take faults. So, just accept that and learn to let go. Furthermore, most people who seek break up advice would look for something revengeful or vindictive. Honestly, this is not the way to go. Instead of being bitter and unforgiving about your broken relationship, try looking at in a different manner. You should think about the fact that even though you may have suffered a broken heart, you have also learnt many things from what relationships can be like right down to your own personal flaws. Take this one of life’s many personal lessons and better yourself. After all of that, if you still ruthless and cannot get the anger out of your system, then lean on a friends shoulder and cry. Yes, you read right, cry it out and let go of your emotions. This is a good break up advice as you get to release all that pent up emotion and channel away all that anger. And if you have to, hold a pillow against your face and scream out all that frustration as well. You should now know that relationships that go bad are not as bad as you think as there are others to come that could be better and stronger. So, hold your chin up and don’t give up. |
